25 Years of Operational Floor Leadership
My path to coaching didn't start in a classroom; it started on the floor of high-stakes hospitality operations, where I spent 25 years as a sommelier, operations director, and business owner across major Canadian markets. That environment taught me something no textbook could: sustainable performance isn't built on systems. It's built on the emotional intelligence of the people running them.

Why TMG Exists
That belief shapes my work today as a borderless Career Coach, faculty educator, and international speaker. In 2022, my wife Joanne and I returned home to Burlington, Ontario, and launched The McFadden Group to help professionals, business owners, and corporate leaders step out of burnout and realign their careers with what they actually value.
