ABOUT CHRISTOPHER

Christopher’s work is grounded in one belief:

Build the person, and the Professional will follow.

With over 25 years of experience leading teams, serving guests, managing high-pressure environments, and shaping service cultures across Canada, he has seen firsthand that while roles and industries change, the core of meaningful work does not — it’s always about people.

In 2022, Christopher and his wife, Joanne, returned to his hometown of Burlington, Ontario to launch The McFadden Group. What began in hospitality quickly expanded as professionals from healthcare, education, aviation, real estate, sales, security, and frontline roles sought his guidance. The pattern was consistent: regardless of title or industry, people were searching for identity, values alignment, emotional maturity, and the confidence to move forward with intention.

Earlier in his career, Christopher co-created Restaurant Leadership 101 and later served as a Professor at Fanshawe College and Centennial College, teaching leadership, ethics, wellness, and operations at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Supported by Coaching certifications in leadership, emotional intelligence, and addiction & recovery — and experience speaking at major industry events across North America — his coaching today is guided by a simple truth: “To be better for others, we must first become better versions of ourselves.”
